The gap
A proper assessment needs a patient who can be assessed.
Teaching EMT classes at institutions, and at rescue squads and fire departments across Southwest Virginia, showed the same hole in didactic EMS.
A school often has high-fidelity manikins, with AI and VR software. A local department usually has another student playing the patient. The acting is thin. A scenario run that way cannot show skin, history, or how the patient changes when you treat.
IPS is that patient, on a laptop the station already has. RM-CCT is the transport that follows: drips, a ventilator, and a 12-lead that belong to the call.

Who it is for
